  3. Wanda- 'Rose of Sharon' is it. I thought it was a weed called Lavatara. Yes, tis the season for busy bees isn't it.

  6. It's not just the photo I liked, good as it is. But the humour, the eternal human humour that comes with it that I adore. Your post and image remind me of those times when we witness scenes that could be otherwise considered to be intrascendental, only for another human being to turn them into pure visual poetry or lyrical stanzas.

Many thanks. That was a fab post. And I'm still smiling.

    Greetings from London.

  7. I thought it was Lavatera as well, but hey whatever, it's the pollen collector that's the star. FAB.

  9. I like his polleny bum, too. Now I have a new phrase. Instead of telling my daughter she's the bees knees, I think I'll tell her she's the bees bum.

  18. Well, I didn't get here in time for Christmas, but I wanted to stop by and wish you the merriest of Christmas seasons. I hope the day itself was wonderful and I hope that the coming week is full of joy. May you find laughter with friends, affection and joy with family, short return lines, and lots of great deals during after-Christmas shopping. I miss you, dear one. You have made my year richer and fuller and sweeter. Merry, happy, joyous New year!! Much love, Relyn
