of TWO minds

TWO minds working here
fight, fight, fight
do this, don't do that
exhausting
purposeless
battle
that wreaks havoc
with my sanity

There has to be another way
Here
take these minds
show me what is real

I am overcome with gratitude
in the silence
I know
I am not forsaken

Ah yes!

I am

ONE
mind

  1. Yay Maggie!! I never know what I'm going to find here - you surprise me and delight me every time. I really get the impression that you're blooming.

  2. Basking in the silence, are you? Centered and restored...almost like a rebirth of self. I find that in silence and solitude, when I need to!

  3. Deb-I feel like I'm flying by the seat of my pants, so it surprises me too what wants to be expressed. Blooming eh! It's fun to be creative.

  4. Wanda-'like a rebirth of self' yes, coming back to my Self that occasionally gets lost in the insane mind chatter. I have a spiritual practice that I do every morning for about an hour that brings me to that inner silence-for me,a nice way to start the day.

  5. Hi Maggie

It is good to have a vehicle for self expression and through that voice get to know ourselves a little better...

    Happy days

  6. Delwyn-yes it is & doing it publicly on the blog is a bit of a stretch but after it's done it seems not as big as it did before clicking publish. I wonder if you are back in the land down under.
